Processing time

The time Triple Wick Goddess needs to prepare an order for shipping varies. Aside from custom orders, candles process in 2-5 days. Steamers process in 4-8 days. Soaks process in 1-3 days. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times

North America: 3-5 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, as well as any delays incurred with USPS.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Triple Wick Goddess is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Triple Wick Goddess gladly accepts exchanges and cancellations
Contact customer service within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Conditions of exchanges

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
